Paul B. Parker, Esq.

Paul advises and counsels clients on business and real estate transactions, contract law, estate planning, trust administration, probate and charitable planning. Paul received his B.A. degree, cum laude, in History and Urban Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Paul received his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1997. He was sworn in to practice law in the State of California in 1997.

Paul is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California, and the Real Property Section and the Estates and Trusts Section of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association. Paul currently serves on the board for the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association Charities, Inc. and United Way of San Luis Obispo’s finance committee. He formerly served on United Way’s Board of Directors and on its Executive Committee. Paul is also a member of his children’s elementary school site council committee and is a past president.

Paul is active in coaching his kids’ sports and enjoys tennis, swimming and other outdoor activities.

Sabrina E. Sander, Esq.

Sabrina represents clients in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate and charitable planning. Sabrina received her B.A. degree, cum laude, in Sociology from California State University, Northridge. She received her J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1997. Sabrina also earned an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. She was sworn in to practice law in the State of California in 1998.

Sabrina is a member of the Santa Maria Noontime Kiwanis Club and currently serves on its board of directors. She is a Volunteer Attorney for the San Luis Obispo Women’s Shelter Program Temporary Restraining Order Clinic. Sabrina is also a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California, and the Estates and Trusts Section of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association.

Sabrina volunteers in her children’s school classrooms and enjoys swimming, hiking and other outdoor activities.
